Maclar 250mg is a tab made by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. Its main ingredient is Clarithromycin which works as an antibiotic. It cures by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it helps to stop the bacteria from growing and preventing the infection from spreading. It is used in infection of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin, and soft tissues and lungs.
